I have been in the food business for over 30 years, with at least 20 years actually hands on cooking and/or baking in commercial kitchens. After talking about my dream of opening my own business someday, I have finally decided to take the plunge and start my own bakery business.

I love working with breads and desserts; both are such feel good products that are fun to make and delicious to eat. I also create a 'smattering' of jams when fruit is in season.

This is going to be quite a journey as I figure out Social Media, Bookkeeping, Food Costing, and probably many more skills that I do not realize i need yet! Come along with me as I figure this out. :)
